The 2024/5 Annual Report of the Missionary Society of St Columban reflects the enduring commitment of Columban missionaries who continue to serve in diverse and often difficult contexts, Society Leader, Fr Andrei Paz, has said.
In his message to accompany the new report, Fr Paz describes it as “a testament” to supporters and benefactors’ “vital role” in this mission.
“Your prayers, encouragement, and generous support make it possible for us to remain present among communities that are often overlooked or forgotten.”
“As the Church celebrates the Jubilee Year 2025 with the theme ‘Pilgrims of Hope’, we are reminded that mission is not something we do alone. It is a shared journey of faith, one that we undertake with the people we serve and with you, our supporters and benefactors, who walk with us in spirit and solidarity.”
