The choir specialises in a capella music of all genres from sacred to contemporary. The choir is made up of local singers under director, Judit Máté Lolas.
The Ensemble was the brainchild of Declan Maroney, one of the founding members, together with Teresa Carley, Aideen O’Sullivan and many more. It was created in 2012.

In that same year, they performed at the famous ‘Night of Choirs’ in Budapest, Hungary. For the past two years they have had recordings of Christmas Carols featured on RTE Lyric FM.
Since 2022 Judit Máté Lolas holds the position of musical director. Judit is a Hungarian-born organist, church musician and conductor.
Under her guidance, Credo has continued to develop. Judit promotes a varied repertoire, ranging from sacred to secular, baroque to contemporary as well as a capella arrangements of modern music
The performance in Dalgan was attended by more than 80 people and a donation was made to the Society.
