The Messenger of St Anthony (English language edition) featured the seven Columban Martyrs who died in Korea in 1950 in the December 2025 edition.
It also highlighted the tapestry ‘Woven into Memory’ which was commissioned by Jacqueline Creavan d’Towey, a relative of martyr Fr Francis Canavan and was designed and woven by artist Frances Crowe.
Last year, the tapestry visited a number of venues in Ireland as part of the 75th anniversary of the deaths of the seven Columbans during the Korean War (1950-1953).
